I had the privilege of speaking at Mirabai Bush’s On Being podcast. In this episode, I share my money story and discuss how to approach wealth redistribution and divestment as a person with both wealth and social justice values. We explore ways we are vulnerable to using money as a means to avoid mortality and a loss of control, as well as frameworks for bringing a spiritual and reparations lens to how we engage with money. Check it out here. I’d love to hear what you think!

Walk The Money Talk Cohort

We are midway through our fourth cohort, and these cohorts are so incredibly impactful, transformative, and inspiring that I’ve decided to run another cohort in February.

Walk the Money Talk is a 6-month cohort for women, nonbinary, & trans people—ages 20-40, with inherited wealth—to clarify a values-aligned path for our wealth, transform our relationship with money and class, build deep relationships, and move money to racial justice and other liberation movements.

I’m thrilled to share that Anne Gomez will be assisting the next cohort.

I am currently in a year-long training about parts work and I’m looking forward to integrating this modality into the work I offer in the coming year. Parts work is rooted in the Internal Family Systems model. I’ve found this model to be incredibly impactful at helping clients move through emotional blocks related to money and redistribution, and to support clients in moving towards a sense of abundance, ease and internal security. I will also be offering a new workshop series specifically devoted to parts work and money in 2022. Stay tuned!
