Register for Overcoming Conflicting Feelings About Wealth Redistribution Series
Do you want to redistribute wealth but feel too afraid to do it, or get stuck on figuring out how much to give? It’s normal to feel conflicted about decisions that impact our sense of safety and security. When we can’t commit to a clear decision, it’s a sign that there is deeper healing we need before we can commit to action.
In this workshop, led by Iris Brilliant and Wazi Maret, you will explore how to resolve internal conflicts about giving based on the tools of Internal Family Systems. In a compassionate environment, you will explore and express the parts of you that want to give away more money, and the parts that are concerned or fearful of giving.
Structure
The cohort will take place virtually on Zoom in a mix of large group, small group, and one-on-one sessions meant to provide different spaces for different types of learning and processing
In between calls, you will be guided through readings, worksheets and recorded practices to explore and heal your conflicting feelings about money and giving. Expect to spend ~ 3 hours per week total on this cohort, including group calls
We will have a maximum of 20 participants. The group will fill, so we suggest applying as soon as you are ready to commit
